How WooCommerce payments post to QuickBooks

WooCommerce stores use whatever payment gateway you’ve configured (Stripe, PayPal, and others are common). TruSync connects to your gateway to pull fee data, records each order as a Sales Receipt, and groups settled orders into a Bank Deposit matching your gateway’s payout schedule. You’re responsible for sales tax on WooCommerce orders — TruSync doesn’t file it.

FAQ

My site URL isn’t being recognized — what should I check? Make sure you enter the full site URL, including https://, and that the TruSync plugin is active on that site.

Do I need a specific WooCommerce payment gateway? No, but connecting your gateway separately in TruSync gives you accurate fee tracking regardless of which one you use.

Can I connect more than one WooCommerce store? Yes, multiple stores can map to one QuickBooks company.
