Connect your Wix store to start syncing orders to QuickBooks Online.

Install the app

1. From the Wix App Market, search for TruSync and click Add to Site.
2. Approve the permissions Wix lists for the app.
3. Open the TruSync app from your Wix dashboard — it launches directly into your TruSync account.

How Wix payments post to QuickBooks

Wix stores can take payments through Wix Payments (built in, like a standard integrated processor) or through an external gateway such as Stripe or PayPal. Which one your store uses affects how fees show up: with Wix Payments, fee data comes through automatically the same way it does for other integrated processors; with an external gateway, TruSync needs its own connection to that gateway to pull fee data, the same as it does for BigCommerce. You’re responsible for sales tax on Wix orders — TruSync doesn’t file it.

Do I need to do anything outside of Wix to connect? No — installing from the Wix App Market and opening the app is the entire flow.

Which payment processor should I use with TruSync? Either works. If you use an external gateway rather than Wix Payments, connect that gateway separately in TruSync for accurate fee tracking.

Can I connect more than one Wix store? Yes, multiple stores can map to one QuickBooks company.
